RETURN POLICY

At HOPX we are dedicated to providing high-quality products. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are unhappy with the product you receive, please follow these instructions:

  1. Email us at hopxart@outlook.com with the following information:
    • Date of your purchase
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you would like to return
    • Reason for the return
    • Photo highlighting the fault or damage
  2. Once we receive your email, we will assess your request and organize a replacement or refund if it aligns with our sustainability principles and return policy. Please note that we may ask you to return the product back to us.

 

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED:

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Faulty or damaged items: If the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives in a damaged condition.
  • Faulty print: If there is a printing error or fault on the product.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if you order the incorrect size. Once an order has been placed, it's immediately added to our production queue and we cannot edit or cancel the order. For more info, see the sustainability commitment section below.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We do not accept returns for items with noticeable wear or stains, as we encourage responsible use and care for our products.
  • Please ensure that the returned items comply with our user agreement and return policy.

SUSTAINABILITY COMMITMENT:

  • All of our items are custom made to order, meaning we only print exactly what you order. This helps us to provide high quality sustainable products and minimize wastage.
  • Change of mind returns: To minimize waste and encourage responsible consumption, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We encourage customers to make mindful purchase decisions. Please be sure to check size charts before making your purchase.
  • Errors in approved proofs or non-'print-ready' artwork: We cannot be held responsible for errors in artwork or proofs that have been approved by the customer.
  • Sizing and color discrepancies: Please note that there may be a 5% difference in design printing colors and size as well as a 5% difference in the actual garment colors. These slight variations are considered acceptable.
  • Garment shrinkage: We provide washing instructions to ensure proper care of our garments. If the garment shrinks despite following the washing guidelines, please contact us with photographic evidence.
  • Courier delivery timeframes: We are not liable for any delays caused by our courier partners. However, we will assist in resolving any issues to the best of our ability.

    WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

    To prolong the lifespan of your printed garments and minimize environmental impact, please follow these washing instructions:

    • Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
    • Turn the garment inside-out before washing.
    • Do not tumble dry; instead, let the garment dry in the shade.

    Please remember that online orders or orders with uploaded artwork are subject to the same return procedure and proof approval disclaimer. We take pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction, but certain circumstances are beyond our control.
